BAR BOX

WITH ALCOHOL HIRE

The hire of our original vintage horsebox bar, fully stocked with either a drink menu of your choice or a range of spirits, wines, bottled beers and mixers.

£250 Booking fee
£750 Minimum drinks spend

Booking fee required to secure booking and date, non refundable. Minimum drinks spend required one month prior to event.

BAR BOX

DRY HIRE

Our horsebox bar is fully equipped ready for service. We’ll deliver and set up the box ready for your event. This service is ideal for venues that already have a bar team, to compliment an existing bar, provide additional refrigeration facilities, or for caterers who are providing drinks as part of their package.

Travel + set up + collection + clean down
£250 booking fee
First two hours = £70 per hour, £50 per hour there after (minimum 3 hours)
refundable damage deposit

Staff can be arranged if required at extra cost.

HIRE

Need coffee at your wedding or special event? No problem - The Coffee Box has all the hot drinks options covered! We serve amazing barista coffee, supplied by the local coffee roasters 200 Degree's Coffee, quality teas, hot chocolates, and soft drinks. Contact us for more details.

If our packages dou't quite meet what you are after, please contact us and we can tailor a package to suit you.

A quick summary.

We offer a set booking fee of £250. Then you add your drinks spend (minimum £750 for the gin / prosecco or bar Box).

As a host you now have 2 options: (1) offer a free bar to your guests for up to £750 OR (2) we operate a cash bar, once we reach a takings total of £750, you will receive a minimuum drinks spend refund, meaning you could hire one of our boxes for as little as £250!!

Does your venue already have a bar and won't allow others to trade? That's where Dry Hire comes in. We can hire our boxes empty, allowing you and your venue to stock & staff the box to trade, satisfying everyone’sneeds!

Booking Fee

£250 booking fee secures your chosen date and duration of event. (Non-refundable)

Bar Box

£750 cash bar payable one month before event. Refundable once cash bar takings reach £750.

Coffee Box hire

£375 cash bar payable one month before the event. Refundable once cash bar takings reach £375.

Little Red / Big Green hire

£200 cash bar payable one month before the event. Refundable once cash bar takings reach £200.

Temporary Event Notice

If a temporary event notice (TEN) is needed, this will be at an extra cost. This can be obtained by us on your behalf.

We cover a 60-mile radius from Nottingham. However, we are more than prepared to travel further, which may incur an additional cost.
